The JACK JK-A5E-A is the latest model of lockstitch machine with an innovative system adjusting the machine's operation to the sewn materials. A 1-needle machine with automatic functions, bottom serged transport and energy-saving motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive). The machine automatically reacts to changes in the thickness of the sewn material and the combination of real-time correlation of material feed and needle insertion force ensures stable sewing of different materials without the need to adjust the machine. The machine, like previous versions of the A5, features an extended body - the distance from the needle to the body is 30.5cm. It uses a stepper motor that controls the machine's stitch length setting and is also responsible for the locking function. The "Octopus Nine-brain" artificial intelligence chip is an intelligent solution that ensures that the machine's parameters are automatically changed according to the thickness of the fabric being sewn in real time. Closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump). A small amount of oil in a closed circuit. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the mechanisms. Increased power motor with increased torque guarantees adequate punching force even when sewing thicker materials in multiple layers.  The Jack A5E-A lockstitch machine has a thread trimming system which shortens the thread length after trimming to 3.5 mm.

DURKOPP ADLER 867-190122 M Silver is a 1-needle flat lockstitch machine. The machine has a triple transport (tooth, needle and walking feet). Equipped with a large "horizontal" shank located on the vertical axis, accommodating a 26mm bobbin. It uses automation in the form of electromagnetic thread trimming (thread length after trimming 15mm), electro-pneumatic foot lift and locking.  Speed reduction system for increased foot height. The maximum thread thickness we can use is 10/3Nm. The maximum stitch length is up to 12mm. The lockstitch machine has been given a safety clutch to protect the shank from damage, as well as adjustable foot travel up to 9mm. The foot rise is up to 20mm. Extended arm - 33.5cm. JUKI LU-2818 ESAL7 is a very fast 1-needle lockstitch machine with triple transport (bottom serging, walking foot and needle transport) with automation. Sewing speed is as high as 3800 stitches/min. Stitch length 12mm, very large XXL gripper. The machine is designed for sewing heavy materials. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. The machine is equipped with automatic functions including thread cutting, locking, foot lift, needle positioning. Adjustment of the height of the walking foot lift through a graduated dial on the machine head. The machine allows you to program the size of the starting and ending bar, and has a function to set 2 stitch lengths, possible to change during sewing via a function button near the sewing zone. It is possible to quickly disable the locking once in the program. There is a function to quickly change the walking foot rise. Programming of automatic functions is done using the control panel located on the machine head. The extended and raised arm of the machine affects the increase of the working field.
