DURKOPP ADLER 868-190322-M is a 1-needle pole machine from the M-TYPE series with bottom, needle and top bead transport. It creates clothing buttonholes according to the individual needs of the customer. It is possible to create 25 programme sequences (up to 5 buttonhole programmes in one sequence) or sew one selected buttonhole. The machine has two knives: one for regular buttonholes, the other for circular buttonholes on a customer selected cutting diameter (e.g. 2mm). DURKOPP ADLER 581-151 is a machine for sewing buttonholes with or without eyelets. The machine sews with a two-thread chain stitch. The cutting of the holes is adjustable before or after sewing. The buttonhole machine is equipped with a lower guidance of the so-called gimpy (thread running around the hole), with a short cutting of the thread going through the needle. It has an electro-pneumatic thread catcher. Material transport is carried out by stepper motors. The buttonhole machine has a panel with a graphic display. High-quality LED illumination is integrated, enabling flawless recognition of the marked contours even on low-contrast materials.
