DURKOPP ADLER 272-140342-01 is a flat lockstitch machine with a serrated bottom feed, needle feed and automatic auxiliary operations. Automatic functions include thread cutting, stitch fixing, foot lifting after sewing, needle up/down positioning. The machine has an integrated SERVO MOTOR stepper motor, maximum speed 5000 stitches/min, maximum stitch length 4mm. Central lubrication and two knobs for setting stitch length: one forwards, the other backwards - which is very practical for lockstitching. There are buttons mounted at the needle bar, so in the field of vision and work of the seamstress, providing an ergonomic workstation. They are responsible for positioning the needle up/down, sewing one stitch at a time and activating the lockstitch. In addition, the machine can be programmed to make the first few stitches at low speed, one-stitch topstitching, type of start bar (single, double), type of end bar (single, double), working speed, speed of positioning and cutting, speed of start bar, speed of end bar.
