ViBeMac was founded in 1980 as a so-called service centre for the Singer brand. From the very beginning, the company was engaged in the production of machines and accessories under its own brand name. The owner and main founder of the company, Carlo Guerreschi, chose a specific market niche for his machines - the production of jeans. The potential of this sector, which was in its infancy in the 1970s, becoming a fashion staple until the present day. We can say that intuition was right. VI.BE.MAC is headquartered in Verona (Italy), where 60 people work, handling the entire automation production line from design to production. In 2018, the company became part of the Jack Sewing China group. An international group of leading companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Today, Vibemac has three different product lines specifically developed for denim production. The V Line is an internationally renowned series of automatic machines with the highest level of technology and quality, developed and manufactured by hand in Verona, Italy, since 1980. The S Line consisting of automatic machines with different proposals for all market segments manufactured in the brand-new Vibemac Zhejiang plant in China and the B Line, the first line of basic Vibemac machines, to finally be able to offer its customers a complete sewing solution developed at Vibemac in Italy and manufactured at Vibemac Zhejiang in China.

Vibemac ONE-N (B1N) Single needle lockstitch machine with needle feed. The machine is designed for sewing heavy materials. The needle feed mechanism prevents shifting of layers and creasing. The machine with the B1N designation is designed with a "semi-dry" oil lubrication system. It is possible to reverse the last stitch by reversing the sewing speed without manual operations. Thanks to the double bobbin capacity, downtime is drastically reduced and productivity is increased.
