DURKOPP ADLER 275 is a 1-needle, lockstitch sewing machine with differential transport. It is equipped with a small horizontal gripper, has the following functions: thread cutting, automatic stitch fixing, automatic foot lift with a button to position the needle up or down, stitch fixing function off. Stitch length up to 4 mm- bottom transport, stitch length - foot- 8 mm (depending on equipment), sewing speed 5000 stitches/min. DURKOPP ADLER 275 machine has an energy-saving motor. The machine is characterized by the absence of feed marks in the material thanks to the patented light stroke system. JACK JK-2290D SR 4E is an electronically controlled, automatic Zig-Zag machine. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive). This guarantees quiet, reliable operation and reduced power consumption. A closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump) is used here, which guarantees much lower oil consumption, better lubrication of the machine mechanisms and protection against accidental material contamination. The machine is operated by means of a very intuitive touch control panel.It is here that we set the available sewing parameters. In the machine's memory we have 14 factory sewing patterns and we can save another 99 patterns. The built-in USB port allows you to save the patterns on an external memory stick and update the software. Automatic functions, i.e. thread cutter, start and end lock, needle positioning, foot lift.
