JACK JK-2284B 4E Zig-Zag Chainstitch Machine
The JACK JK-2284B 4E is a fully automatic Zig-Zag machine. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive). This guarantees quiet and reliable operation and reduced power consumption. A closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump) is used here, which guarantees much lower oil consumption, better lubrication of the machine mechanisms as well as protection against accidental staining of the fabric. The switchover of the stitch pattern from ZIG-ZAK to TRIJSKOK and vice versa is carried out without changing the cam. The machine can be used in production requiring an aesthetically pleasing and elastic decorative stitch, e.g. to sew lace and elastic laces in underwear. Ideal for the production of gloves or caps and other accessories. Automatic functions i.e. thread cutter, start and stop bar, thread wiper, foot lift.
