The JUKI LZ-2290CF 7-WB-AK155-SC955AN is an electronic zig-zag machine, fully digital (full digital). It is a very innovative machine, electronically controlled, equipped with an energy-saving motor built into the head (so-called Direct Drive). The use of such a drive of the machine will ensure work with a reduced noise level, very high accuracy of starting and ending the sewing process. The independent transport mechanism, controlled by stepper motors (movement in both X and Y axes) has significantly increased the possibility of programming sewing patterns. In addition, the machine has an in-built fabric thickness sensor, thanks to which the sewing parameters are changed automatically when sewing thickenings or cross seams, maintaining high stitch quality. As standard, the machine has 20 stitching patterns in its memory from 11 different types of patterns (including triangle) with the possibility of adding your own patterns. The internal memory can store 200 own patterns. The selection of a standard sewing pattern and the introduction of new patterns is performed using a modern liquid crystal control panel built into the sewing head. This panel also allows quick change of sewing parameters, as well as compensation of thread tension on both sides of the stitch.
We can transfer the machine's settings to another machine (of the same model) via the USB port or the JUKI app available for mobile phone (smartphone). The USB port has the possibility of charging a mobile phone.The closed lubrication system protects the product from accidental staining and also reduces oil consumption. Working comfort is ensured by the built-in LED backlight with adjustable light colour (shade).
