DURKOPP ADLER 550-12-33 Chainstitch Machine
DURKOPP ADLER 550-12-33 is a 1-needle, furniture fabric creasing machine with the possibility of sewing in a reinforcing tape. The machine creates a two-thread chain stitch, has a differential bottom (serrated) transport, alternatively a differential top foot transport. The creasing machine is equipped with electro-pneumatic foot lifting, electronic programming of smooth or creasing seams. Using a very intuitive programmer, it is possible to programme the size of the crease. Each programme can contain 99 steps including 15 creasing sizes and 16 half creasing sizes. The electronic programming of the 31 creasing steps ensures perfect repeatability of the stitches. In addition, it is possible to change the size of some of the machine's parameters using the programmer. Creasing is one of the most important and difficult preparatory works in the production of furniture and automotive upholstery. The efficiently designed DURKOPP ADLER 550-12-33 sewing machine has been specially developed for processing thick fabrics and leathers. The excellent sewing kinematics ensure consistently high processing quality, not only at small but also at high creasing values.
