DURKOPP ADLER 650-10 is a pillar-type, oil-free machine also known as a sleeve sewing machine. The machine is designed for sewing in sleeves. Sewing is carried out (manually, semi-programmed or full programme) with patented sewing support along the curve. Programmable "foot stepping/lifting" to pass through cross stitches (particularly important when sewing on epaulettes). It uses an integrated stepper motor to drive the machine, electromagnetic thread cutting, electronic foot lift and locking (stepper motors). The machine is equipped with a ruler and LED lighting. Stepper motors control the top and bottom transport, foot lift and presser. Programmable stitch length from 1.5 to 5.5mm (standard 4mm). Patented "self-learning grading logic" grading method for very easy programming of all size groups. Feet lift height 12mm, maximum speed 4000 stitches/min. Approximate output per 8 hours: 170-180 men's jackets. Touchscreen OP 7000 for programming machine parameters with graphic presentation. Including functions for: creating further sizes from one, optimising basic settings. Sewing equipment for light to medium-heavy materials. For the use of threads from 150 - 80.
