BROTHER BAS-365H Automatic Sewing Machine
The BROTHER BAS-365H is a modern automatic machine for sewing a programmed pattern in the available sewing field. In the current model we have a work field size: 700 x 400 mm. The use of a high-power SERVO motor (550W) to drive the machine ensures that the needle penetrates the sewn materials more forcefully, even at low sewing speeds. The new solution of the transport mechanism ensures increased quality of the sewn patterns, smoother operation of the machine, high accuracy and reduced time of starting and finishing the sewing process. The modified construction of the machine allowed to minimise the size and thus save the area required for installation of the machine. The machine has a movable head moving in the X axis, movement of the fabric in the Y axis thanks to a pressure frame. The design of the machine allows for increased sewing accuracy and quality. Used for repeated sewing of repetitive patterns, such as sewing on fastenings, decorative stitching, sewing on handles or buckles. Excellent for multi-layer sewing of heavy materials such as conveyor belts, container bags. Perfect for sewing on tapes, Velcro, labels and for decorative topstitching.
