BROTHER BAS-311HX automatic sewing machine for sewing a programmed pattern. It has an available sewing area of 150×100 mm. The machine features the world's best sewing speed of 2800 stitches/min, guaranteeing high quality sewing, excellent needle penetration, high energy saving. Operation thanks to the LCD touch panel makes work significantly easier. Digital thread tension and breakaway sensor as standard. The tension of the upper thread can be digitised with the digital tension, ensuring stable sewing. If thread breakage is detected, the sewing operation is automatically stopped and the operator receives a warning. Excellent for multi-layer sewing of heavy materials such as conveyor belts, container bags. Excellent for sewing on tapes, Velcro, labels and for decorative decorative stitching. The use of a high-power servo motor (550W) to drive the machine ensures greater penetration of the sewn materials through the needle, even at low sewing speeds. The applied solutions for the transport mechanism ensure increased quality of the sewn patterns, smoother operation of the machine, high accuracy and reduced time of starting and finishing the sewing process.
The machines are equipped with a modern panel based on NEXIO technology, characterised by a touch screen (7 inches), easy editing of programmes, a manipulator for easy control, simple selection of programmes, creating new ones, saving, SD card reader and USB ports.
