JACK JK-T6040 is an electronically controlled automatic machine for sewing programmed pattern. The machine works with an available sewing field of 600 x 400 mm. The machine is used for repetitive sewing of labels, Velcro, emblems, as well as sewing pockets, patches, zippers and other elements. The machine can also be used in the production of quilted jackets, coats, quilts or mattresses. It is ideal for sewing multiple locks when sewing straps in the MOLLE system. The sewing machine is equipped with a SERVO motor built into the machine head, so called (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors - the servo motor and the new solution of the transport mechanism ensure increased quality of sewn patterns, smoother operation of the machine, high accuracy and reduced time of starting and finishing the sewing process. The machine is applicable to a variety of materials and operations, while it is easy to operate and, thanks to the solutions used, does not require special skills from the operator. The RFID reader, located under the tabletop, allows quick automatic loading of patterns depending on the type of sewing form used (forms are made to order and are not standard equipment of the machine).
All sewing parameters can be programmed on the easy-to-read touch-screen operating panel. Up to 999 patterns can be uploaded via the built-in USB port.
