JACK MS-100A 95TX is an electronically controlled automatic machine designed for sewing large parts according to the programmed pattern. The machine has a sewing area of 1400 x 950 mm. The machine is used for repeated production of repetitive patterns, sewing on labels, Velcro, emblems, as well as sewing on pockets, patches, zippers and other elements. The machine can also be used in the production of quilted jackets, coats, quilts or mattresses. It is ideal for sewing multiple locks when sewing on belts. The sewing machine is equipped with a SERVO engine built in the machine head, so called (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors - the servo motor and the new solution of the transport mechanism ensure increased quality of sewn patterns, smoother operation of the machine, high accuracy and reduced time of starting and finishing the sewing process. The machine is applicable to a variety of materials and operations, while it is easy to operate and, thanks to the solutions used, does not require special skills from the operator. The RFID reader, located under the tabletop, allows quick automatic loading of patterns depending on the type of sewing form used (forms are made to order and are not standard equipment of the machine.
