JACK JK-T5878 68 is a modern automatic machine designed for sewing straight pockets with one or two tabs, with or without a patch. The machine will be ideal for clothing products such as jackets, blazers or pants. Working parameters and different types of pockets are programmable on an easy-to-read touch control panel. It uses a head with an integrated SERVO motor with a higher power of 750W working in the system (Direct Drive), which ensures lower energy consumption and quiet operation. The machine is equipped as standard with a stacker receiving the sewn parts and a laser marker to facilitate correct positioning of the sewn part.
Estimated production volume: 1800-2200 pcs/8h - assuming: pocket length 150 mm, stitch length 2.5 mm, pockets without a patch or 1500 -1800 pcs/8h - for pockets with a patch.
Machine assembled, complete with warranty from the manufacturer.
