JUKI PS-800SB 8045-ZNZ is an automatic machine designed for heavy sewing. Mainly used for sewing the programmed pattern in the available sewing field of 800×450 mm. Fully programmable automatic sewing machine with a large working field. Designed for quilting and sewing repetitive stitching patterns (sewing Velcro, sewing collars, etc.). The machine comes in a number of subclasses with different work field sizes. Thanks to its ease of operation and high sewing accuracy and repeatability, the machine can be operated by any person, regardless of the level of sewing skill. The machine sews according to a pre-created sewing program and with special templates that hold the material. A semi-dry sewing head is used here, without standard oil lubrication in the upper part of the machine. Oil is supplied only to the gripper mechanism. This solution significantly minimizes the risk of possible staining of the material during sewing. The machine allows programming different presser foot heights depending on the thickness of the layers to be stitched. The machine is equipped with an easy-to-read touch control panel with the possibility of storing in memory up to 999 sewing patterns.
