DURKOPP ADLER 745 is a full-featured automatic machine for sewing straight and optional slanted pocket openings, flap pockets and welt pockets. It has a vacum pump installed. The pocket machine is designed for making straight and slanted pockets with and without a flap. It has a manual feeding of the patch and other elements, e.g. the pocket bag. The main application is the making of pockets in jackets (inside and outside pockets, as well as trouser pockets). The machine has a graphic, touch-screen panel OP 7000 (possibility of programming 99 pockets and 20 sequences, each with 8 pockets), all parameters for making pockets - on the panel - are programmable (cutting speed, bolt or stitch density, stitch length, sewing speed, feed speed). Fully automatic adjustment of the corner knife with automatic adaptation of the seam offset through recognition of the flap bevel. Large colour graphic display with individually customisable user interface Thread and bobbin sensor for optimum safety when sewing. Large vertical shanks reduce the need to change bobbins.
