Electronic double-threaded button sewing machine with automatic button feeder. It is adapted for sewing on flat buttons. Thanks to the use of lockstitch, the fastening is more durable, without the risk of accidental unstitching.
Automatic feeder significantly increases productivity. The maximum feeding speed is 30 buttons per minute (1 button every 2 seconds). The entire feeding process is controlled by stepper motors.
Automatic positioning and rejection of buttons laid face down.
The machine is equipped with a set of button feed holders (for buttons with two or four holes available in different hole spacing). Easy and quick change of button size.
Controlled by easy-to-read touch-sensitive control panels.
Compressed air connection required. Air consumption 20 liters/min
Machine assembled, complete with warranty from the manufacturer.
