SIRUBA ASP-EBJ200 Automatic Sewing Machine
SIRUBA ASP-EBJ200 is a high-performance automatic machine with logo detection for measuring and joining flat elastic into closed circuits. The machine will be ideal for sewing briefs, panties, boxer shorts, tops, etc. The machine automatically measures and cuts the elastic to the specified length, successively folds the two edges together and stitches according to the programmed stitching pattern. The machine cooperates with the sewing head of the Juki AMS-210EN machine. A system of three optical sensors positions the logo (on the rubber) in the center of the measured section. The entire process is controlled by a panel located on the tabletop. The machine has an integrated energy-saving SERVO drive, which has been mounted in the head of the machine, directly on the main shaft working in the so-called Direct Drive system. A source of compressed air, e.g. (compressor), is required for proper operation of the machine.
