SIRUBA ASK-ASM101 Automatic Sewing Machine
SIRUBA ASK-ASM101 is a high-performance automatic machine designed for sewing welt on sleeves of sportswear as well as trouser legs. The designed cylindrical arm of the machine ensures even tension around the whole circumference of the welt. A pneumatically controlled tensioning roller tightens the stitched parts. The machine has automatic functions, including automatic chain cutting, foot lifting and a system for extracting the scraps of the cut material. A newly designed system of nozzles placed in front of the machine's foot, prevents the edges of the stitched materials from curling. The machine has a high-performance Siruba 747KST cylindrical overlock head with dual transport (bottom and top). It is controlled by an easy-to-use and easy-to-read control panel located on the machine head. The machine has an integrated energy-saving SERVO drive, which has been mounted in the machine headstock, directly on the main shaft working in the so-called Direct Drive system. A source of compressed air, e.g. (compressor), is required for proper operation of the machine.
