SIRUBA ASK-ASM200 Automatic Sewing Machine
SIRUBA ASK-ASM200 is a high-performance automatic machine designed for sewing welt at the bottom of sportswear blouses. The designed cylindrical arm of the machine ensures even tension around the whole circumference of the hem. The machine is equipped with a pneumatically operated tensioning roller. The machine has automatic functions, including automatic chain cutting, foot lifting and a system for extracting scraps of cut material. A newly designed system of nozzles placed in front of the machine's foot, prevents the edges of the stitched materials from curling. The machine has a high-performance Siruba 747KST cylindrical overlock head with dual transport (bottom and top). It is controlled by an easy-to-use and easy-to-read control panel located on the tabletop of the machine. The machine has an integrated energy-saving SERVO drive, which has been mounted in the headstock of the machine, directly on the main shaft working in the so-called Direct Drive system. A source of compressed air, e.g. (compressor), is required for proper operation of the machine.
