SIRUBA ASC-TBH200 is a modern high-performance automatic machine that creates a ladder stitch. The machine is designed for rolling up the bottoms of T-Shirts, Polo shirts, etc. It has automatic functions including automatic positioning of the material under the machine foot. The process of rolling up the bottom of the T-shirt is fully automatic, without user intervention. The machine is equipped with a sewing head, a Siruba C007KP cylindrical renderer. It ensures the highest stitch quality and de-warps the edge of the rolled-up fabric before sewing (bottom, edge fabric de-warp). Automatic thread cutting and foot lifting, as well as suction of cut offs ensure high quality and efficient sewing. All this is controlled by a very intuitive to use graphic touch control panel. It should be noted that the sewing parameters when changing the size of the t-shirt being rolled up are changed automatically, this makes it possible to sew products of different circumferences without having to adjust the machine settings. A source of compressed air, e.g. (compressor), is necessary for the proper operation of the machine.
