BROTHER KE-430HX is a multi-purpose, multi-functional 2-threaded electronic bolting machine. It is the fastest bolting machine in the world. The machine is equipped with needle cooling to prevent thread breakage. The KE-430HX delivers 3300 stitches/min and contributes to increased productivity. The needle cooling prevents thread breakage and increases the actual sewing speed by 10%. It ensures high productivity and quality. The new mechanism allows the thread to be cut just below the surface of the plate, resulting in a 3mm tip. A thread holding nipper, reduces thread costs and eliminates the 'bird's nest' effect. The colour LCD display with touch panel offers intuitive operation. Sewing parameters are marked with clear icons so we can quickly set and save the pattern, sewing speed or number of stitches. the panel is equipped with a USB port, so we can easily transfer settings between multiple machines and make software updates. Thanks to the latest oil circulation methods, the frequency of maintenance and servicing has been reduced. The option of extending the sewing area from 40×30 mm to 50×40 mm allows more applications or larger labels to be sewn on.
