JUKI LK1900SS/MC673NS Bartacking Machine
JUKI LK1900SS/MC673NS is a 2 thread electronic lockstitch machine, designed for sewing heavier and harder fabrics, i.e. denim, denim. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor built into the machine head (so-called direct drive) and stepper motors, controlling the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. Due to the variety of subclasses of the machine and the tooling used, it is possible to produce many types of transoms or simple patterns. The machine has 50 pre-programmed custom sewing patterns. The size of the machine's memory allows up to 200 patterns to be entered (50 standard + 150 own). Continuous adjustment of the length and width of the transoms. Programming of all functions takes place on a simple to use and very intuitive control panel, which has a graphic display, among other things, the possibility of programming the cycle of making different types of bolts. Improved lubrication system - oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the gripper mechanism (no lubrication of the needle drive mechanism). Such a solution guarantees the absence of any leakage of oil from the upper part of the machine (usually from the needle bar) causing material staining. The machine has an electronically programmable active needle thread tensioner. It is possible to programme different tension values.
The machine has NFC - the possibility to adjust the machine with a phone, available in models: LK-1900BNSS, LK-1903BN, LBH-1790ANS.
