JACK JK-T1900GS Bartacking Machine
JACK JK-T1900GS is an electronically controlled, fully programmable 2-thread bartacking machine. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor, which is built into the machine head, the so-called (Direct-Drive system) and stepper motors, which control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. Programming of all functions and patterns takes place on an easy-to-read control panel with graphic display, which is standard equipment on the machine. Infinitely adjustable length and width of sewing patterns. Possibility of programming the cycle of various types of sewing performed. Programmable stitch length: from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. Possibility of making a large number of types of transoms, decorative transoms or other fixing patterns, such as: envelopes, zigzags, rectangular or oval hems. The industrial machine has a maximum working area: 30 x 40 mm. Improved lubrication system - oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the gripper mechanism (without lubricating the needle drive mechanism). Such a solution guarantees the absence of any oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (usually from the needle bar) causing material staining.
