JACK JK-T1790GH is an electronically controlled fully programmable 2-thread bartacking machine. It is designed for sewing heavy and thick materials. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor, which is built into the machine head, so called (Direct-Drive system), and stepper motors, which control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. Programming of all functions and patterns is carried out on an easy-to-read control panel with a graphic display, which is a standard feature of the machine. Infinitely adjustable length and width of sewing patterns. Possibility to program the cycle of different types of performed sewing. Programmable stitch length: from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. Possibility of making a large number of types of bolts, decorative bolts or other fixing patterns, such as envelopes, zigzags, rectangular or oval hems. The industrial machine has a maximum working area: 30 x 40 mm. Improved lubrication system - oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the gripper mechanism (without lubricating the needle drive mechanism). Such a solution, guarantees the absence of any oil leakage from the upper part of the machine (usually from the needle bar) causing material staining.
