JACK JK-T1900GSK is an electronically controlled, fully programmable bartacking machine with button machine function. A 2-thread machine, it is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor built into the machine head. It has a so-called system (Direct Drive) and stepper motors, controlling the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. There is a very innovative quick-change system of pressure clamps. It allows the machine to be used as a RIGGING machine or a GUZING machine. Programming of all functions and patterns is done on a clear very intuitive control panel with a graphic display. It is included in the standard equipment of the machine. Infinitely adjustable length and width of sewing patterns. Possibility to program the cycle of different types of sewing. Programmable stitch length: from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. JACK JK-T1900GSK lock-stitch machine has the ability to make a large number of types of lock-stitch, decorative lock-stitch or other attachment patterns, such as envelopes, zigzags, rectangular or oval hems. The industrial machine has a maximum working area: 30 x 40 mm. Improved lubrication system - oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the gripper mechanism (without lubricating the needle drive mechanism). Such a solution, guarantees the absence of any oil leakage from the upper part of the machine (usually from the needle bar) causing material staining
