Electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machines, equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head, stepper motors controlling separately the main mechanisms of the machine: top thread cutting, bottom thread cutting, material moving table, needle bar projection, foot mechanism and knife drive. A 2-thread machine, with infinite sewing speed adjustment, sewing with lockstitch with automatic top and bottom thread trimming. The machine has an easy-to-use and easy-to-read control panel with a color LCD touch screen, which allows quick change of individual parameters as well as saving of created programs. By default, 21 types of holes are programmed in the memory with the possibility to modify and save new patterns (up to 50 patterns). Maximum up to 999 stitches in one program. USB connection allows stitch patterns to be saved and copied.

The buttonhole machine has a multicutting function that allows you to hit the knife multiple times during operation. Thanks to this function, it is possible to make holes of different lengths without changing the size of the knife. This function also makes it possible to retrofit the machine with optional tooling for sewing 7 or even 12 cm long holes.
