The BROTHER BE-438HX is a machine that guarantees increased productivity and better sewing quality as well as functionality and cost reduction. The sewing speed of the BE-438HX button sewing machine is 2800 stitches/min, which translates directly into increased productivity in production. The electronic needle thread tension setting allows you to adjust the thread tension to the specifications of the materials you are sewing, which gives you repeatable sewing and results in increased productivity (BE-438HX version only). The colour LCD display with touch panel offers intuitive operation. Sewing parameters are marked with clear icons. Through this, we can quickly set and save the pattern, sewing speed or number of stitches. The panel is equipped with a USB port, which we can easily transfer settings between multiple machines and make software updates.
Semi-dry lubrication is used, where oil is only fed to the shank (BE-438HX version only). The oil circulating in a closed circuit helps to minimise contamination, which can happen with conventional machines. The minimum lubrication system prevents staining and oil leaks.
