JUKI LBH-1790A is an electronically controlled knitting machine - lingerie. Equipped with a SERVO motor built into the head of the machine so called (Direct Drive), combining high productivity with perfect seam quality. It is a 2 thread machine, sewing with lockstitch. The sewing speed of the machine is up to 4200 stitches/min. Equipped with stepper motors that control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. The machine is configured with 31 pre-programmed buttonhole patterns, plus the option to save up to 99 additional ones. The hole pattern, as well as a lot of other information - pattern number, seam shapes, etc. - is entered via the easy-to-read multifunctional control panel. - are entered via the clear multifunctional operating panel with graphic display. In addition, the panel is equipped with a USB connection to which a portable memory stick or memory card reader can be connected (allows loading of additional patterns). The buttonhole machine has many additional functions, including energy-saving LED lighting of the working field, electronic programmable active control of thread tension, double-cycle buttonhole sewing together with pre-stitching reinforcement, drum thread trimmer mechanism, which leaves the shorter end of the thread on the material.
