JUKI LBH-1790S is an electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machine. Equipped with a SERVO motor built into the head of the machine so called (Direct Drive). The machine combines high productivity with perfect seam quality. It is a 2 thread machine, sewing with lockstitch. Sewing speed up to 4200 stitches/min. Stepper motors used, control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. Equipped with stepper motors, which control separately the individual mechanisms of the machine. The machine is configured with 31 pre-programmed buttonhole patterns, plus the possibility to save up to 99 additional ones. The hole pattern, as well as a lot of other information - pattern number, seam shapes, etc. - is entered via the easy-to-read multifunctional control panel. - are entered via the clear multifunctional operating panel with graphic display. In addition, the panel is equipped with a USB connection to which a portable memory stick or memory card reader can be connected (allows loading of additional patterns). The buttonhole machine has many additional functions, including energy-saving LED lighting of the work area, electronic programmable active control system of thread tension, double cycle of hole punching with pre-stitching reinforcement, mechanism of drum thread trimmer, which leaves the shorter end of the thread on the material. The stepper motor-driven knife mechanism is quiet and error-free when lowering/returning the knife.
