JUKI LBH-1796AN is an electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machine with indexer. The machine is equipped with a large pressure clamp with a working length of 22cm. The large clamp used, allows several holes to be sewn in one operation. The indexer mechanism used ensures the highest work efficiency. Once the sewing starts and the first holes are sewn, the fabric is automatically moved by the programmed distance, allowing the entire shirt pleat to be sewn in one operation. It is supplied with 31 pre-programmed sewing patterns, plus there is the option to store up to 99 additional patterns. The panel also has a USB connection to which a memory stick or memory card reader can be connected. The machine can change the tension of the thread in the needle during parallel sewing or during lockstitching, in order to achieve the best possible shape of the hole. Making a hole in a double sewing cycle together with a preliminary reinforcing stitching, thus achieving the highest quality holes, especially on elastic materials - knitwear. Reinforcement stitching can be done in up to 9 laps. The machine is equipped with a multiple knife lowering function, so that there is no need to change the knife when changing the size of the hole. In the case of frequent changes, in low-volume production and during the sewing cycle of holes of different sizes, the number of lowering of the knife is automatically set according to the size of the hole.
