JUKI MB-1800A is a 1-threaded electronically controlled button sewing machine, equipped with a SERVO motor built into the head of the machine (so-called DIRECT DRIVE). The machine can work at a maximum speed of 1800 stitches/min. Buttons with a diameter of 10 - 28 mm are used. Distance between holes max. 10 mm. Infinitely adjustable distance between buttonholes. The machine has 51 standard programmes - types and patterns of sewing. All parameters are set on a very clear and easy to use control panel.
The machine has no lubrication, which eliminates the contamination of the product with oil one hundred per cent. The modern thread-cutting system ensures that the thread remaining after cutting is shortened to 3.5 mm (approx. 5 mm in the case of standard models).
There is also a version of the button machine with an automatic button feeder BR10.
Machine assembled, complete with warranty from the manufacturer.
