The JUKI MB-1800A BR10C is a computer-controlled button machine. Thanks to the button feeder used, the machine significantly increases productivity. Equipped with an electronic drive system of the type (Direct-Drive), a direct drive system in which a mini AC SERVO motor is directly placed on the main shaft of the machine. The button machine responds very flexibly to small batch production systems used for different types of products. Exceptional ease of operation ensures higher productivity. Programming of functions takes place on an ergonomic panel. The control panel enables the selection of functions, i.e.: button sewing pattern from among 55 patterns programmed in the machine's memory, selection of sewing direction (forward/reverse), sewing position, control of raising and lowering the pressing buckle. The button machine uses a JUKI patented stitch ending system ensuring 100% certainty of sewing buttons with one thread without the possibility of ripping the stitch. The button machine allows for sewing 2-, 3- and 4-hole buttons.
