The JUKI LK-1903B BR35 is an electronically controlled button sewing machine with a feeder. The machine achieves a sewing speed of 2,700 stitches/min. The machine comes standard with 50 different sewing patterns at a higher output. The LK-1903B is a button sewing machine that is also applicable to a wide variety of sewing specifications, can also perform cycle sewing and provides high quality seams. The needle thread gripping mechanism helps to tie the knot evenly at the start of sewing. The starting point of the sewing can be moved in the X/Y direction. This makes it possible to correct the sewing pattern according to the foot configuration. Thanks to the advanced dry head technology (needle bar and thread winder), lubrication is no longer required. A small amount of clean oil is supplied from the oil tank to the gripper. This prevents lubricating oil from contaminating the material. The LED lighting can be adjusted, changing the light intensity in 5 levels, and it is also possible to set an automatic shut-off.
