JUKI MEB-3200SS is an automatic 2-threaded garment buttonhole machine. The machine is equipped with a SERVO motor built into the machine head and stepper motors controlling the individual mechanisms. Depending on the subclass selected, it is possible to machine holes with and without a circle, with or without cutting before or after the hem, with or without a converging bar, or with a transverse bar. Specific parameters, i.e. type and size of hole, cutting method, thread tension, sewing speed, are programmed using a modern, easy-to-read control panel. For each type of hole, it is possible to individually programme the shape, width, eyelet size, type of cutting, etc. The programming of the thread tension makes it possible to set the tension independently for different parts of one hole. Machine with electronically controlled, stepper motor-controlled cutting mechanism and split knife. This makes it possible to make different types and sizes of holes without having to change knives or anvils. The function of programming the cyclic sewing of several different types of holes, thanks to which you sew the holes occurring in the product without having to change the machine. The quick change of the type of hole, without difficult mechanical adjustments, makes the machine ideal for short-run production with a high variability of patterns. The designed structure of the head body allows longitudinal sewing of holes on long pieces.
