The JUKI MEB-3900 is a computer controlled eyelet hole punch sewing machine. Ideal for jeans and cotton trousers. The MEB-3900 reduces machine time with a maximum sewing speed of 2,500 stitches/min and a high-speed fabric cutting knife, thus demonstrating increased productivity. The newly-applied main shaft driven directly by a compact SERVO motor not only provides better response, but also reduces noise as well as vibration. In addition, the machine uses an air-powered fabric cutter, which provides excellent efficiency and runs faster than a conventional cutter. The needle thread tension can be set digitally on the operating panel, depending on the sewing conditions. Data can be recorded by pattern to easily reproduce the same sewing conditions. The machine guarantees high quality stitches by responding smoothly to changes in stitch formation and allowing the operator to set a separate thread tension for buttonhole barbs. The thread tension at the start and end of sewing can also be set separately. This helps prevent loose stitches, slipping or wrinkling of the thread at the start of sewing. The operating panel is equipped with a USB port as standard. Data management and software updates can be easily carried out using the USB memory stick. The machine is equipped with 12 different stitch patterns as standard. Up to 87 different patterns can be stored and selected in the memory.
