JACK JK-T1790GS-2 is an electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machine. A 2-thread machine, sewing with lockstitch. Punch patterns and many other necessary information, i.e. pattern number, stitch shapes, are entered into the machine through a clear multifunctional operation panel. It is very clear and intuitive with a graphic display. The buttonhole machine has an electronic, programmable, active thread tension control system. The tension of the needle thread for parallel sewing and in the buttonhole locking sections can be controlled separately, thanks to the different sewing conditions entered and stored in the machine's memory (thread type, fabric type, sewing speed, etc.). The JACK JK-T1790GS-2 allows for a double sewing cycle with pre-stitching of the reinforcing stitch, thus achieving the highest quality holes, especially on elastic materials - knitwear. As standard, it is possible to sew holes of different lengths without having to change the knife. The number of knife drops is set automatically depending on the length of the hole.
