SIRUBA BH-9820-01 is an automatic 2-thread clothing buttonhole machines. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor built into the machine head working in the so-called Direct Drive system. As well as stepper motors controlling individual functions. The machine sews hole stitches with or without a circle, with a cut before or after hemming, with or without a converging bar, as well as holes with a cross bar. The function of programming the cyclic sewing of several different types of holes, thanks to which we sew the holes occurring in the product without having to stop the machine. Quickly changing the type of hole, without difficult mechanical adjustments, gives the machine the character ideal for short-run production with high variability of patterns. The main parameters of the hole punch machine, including the type and size of the sewn hole, the method of cutting, and the sewing speed, are programmed using a modern, easy-to-read control panel. For each type of hole, it is possible to individually program the shape, width, type of cutting, etc.

Subclass BH-9820-01 is characterized by the possibility of sewing round holes.
