KRAFFT KF-9820 Buttonhole Machines
Automatic 2-thread clothing buttonhole machine, equipped with an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head and stepper motors controlling the individual mechanisms. The machine sews knit holes with or without a lap, with a cut before or after hemming, with or without a converging bolt, as well as holes with a transverse bolt. As an option, it is also possible to sew round holes (subclass KF-9820-01 only). The most important parameters, including the type and size of the sewn hole, the cutting method, the sewing speed, are programmed using a modern, easy-to-read control panel. For each type of hole it is possible to individually program the shape, width, type of cutting, etc.
The function of programming cyclic sewing of several different types of holes, thanks to which we sew the holes occurring in the product without having to rearrange the machine. Quickly changing the type of hole, without difficult mechanical adjustments, gives the machine the character ideal for short-run production with high variability of patterns. The design of the head body allows longitudinal sewing of holes on long pieces.
The machine has a reinforced gripper and a very efficient lubrication system. Very durable, working components have been used here, i.e. foot, teeth, needle bar. The control panel, which is easy to use, is located above the machine head. The machine was covered with several layers of durable paint, which perfectly protects the machine and makes it easier to keep the equipment clean.
