JUKI MH-481-5-4U Chainstitch Machine
JUKI MH-481-5-4U is a 1-needle, 2-thread machine with automatic sewing with chain stitch. Equipped with an energy-saving SERVO so-called (Direct Drive) motor, stitch thickening system, special thread extractor and automatic thread cutting. The machine is equipped with a silicone oil lubrication module, a thread unwinding mechanism and a thread cutting mechanism that cuts the thread flawlessly, thus ensuring a consistently beautiful seam finish in light to medium materials. Equipped with a standard presser foot and silicone oil lubrication unit, it prevents stitch skipping and creasing. What's more, the silicone oil lubrication unit prevents the needle from overheating and allows the use of backing yarn or synthetic thread without breaking during sewing. These features ensure beautifully finished seams. The machine can operate at a maximum sewing speed of up to 5500 stitches/minute with a stitch length of up to 4 mm.
