JUKI MF-7523 U11-B56/UT35 is a coverstitch machine with automation and electrics, 3-needle, 5-thread, bottom and top overlock. It is designed for, among other things, curling sportswear, unraveling overlock seams and many other applications. The machine has an easy and precise transport adjustment system. The improved design ensures less vibration and quieter operation, even when sewing at full speed. A special cut-off mechanism prevents the thread from twisting into the shank thread puller. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO drive mounted inside the machine and automatic pneumatically controlled functions, i.e. thread cutting, foot lift, needle positioning.
