JACK K5-D-01GB X356 (364) is a ladder-bed machine. It is a cylindrical rending machine from the family of modern 3-needle ladder machines with a cylindrical bed, equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor mounted in the head (the so-called Direct Drive system). It guarantees quiet and reliable operation and lower electricity consumption. These machines are mainly intended for sewing closed circuits in blouses, T-shirts and other knitted products, overlock stitching, decorative sewing and many other operations. The machine has a bottom differential transport to ensure a high quality stitch, even on very unstable materials such as lycra. JACK K5 is also available with automatic functions: electromagnetic foot lift and thread cutting.
The machines are equipped with LED lighting (with the possibility of 3-position regulation of light intensity).
