SIRUBA F007KD-W122-364 FFC FHA UTG Coverstitch Machine
SIRUBA F007KD-W122-364 FFC FHA UTG is a ladder (flatbed rending) 3-needle machine with double differential transport (bottom serged and top bead). The machine has a flat bed, with bottom and top interlacing, 6000 stitches/min, central lubrication. An energy-saving SERVO motor, which is mounted in the machine head (Direct Drive), is responsible for the drive. A double transport (bottom and top) was used in this machine, which eliminates the possible mutual shifting of the stitched layers of material. The renderer works well in the production of e.g. lycra sportswear, etc. The machine has automatic functions, i.e. thread cutting, needle positioning, foot lifting. The control is carried out pneumatically. Available needle spacing is 5.6 mm or 6.4 mm, possibility to switch off the upper interlacing, standard equipped with a ruler for folding. Required connection to a source of compressed air e.g. (compressor).
