SIRUBA F007KD-W522-356 FR FSC LS-A is a flatbed rending machine with a deburring machine and a programmable feeder for sewing rubber lace. It is a 2 or 3 needle ladder-type machine with a flat bed, mechanically adjustable tensioner and a right-hand deburring knife. The machine is ideal for sewing elastic or rubber boning to the edge of the fabric. The machine is equipped as standard with interlacing machine, which allows sewing ladder stitch with or without interlacing. The F007KD series of machines, has an integrated energy-saving SERVO drive, which has been mounted in the head of the machine, directly on the main shaft working in the so-called Direct Drive system. This solution ensures quiet operation, low electricity consumption and improves user comfort (less vibration). As an option, the machine can be equipped with electromagnetic scissors for cutting sewn-on rubber/cord and thread.
