2-needle lockstitch machine without switchable needles, serger-needle transport, sewing speed up to 3000 stitches/min. Large gripper. Standard needle spacing 6.4mm, stitch length 5mm, foot lift 7/13mm. Designed for medium -403 (or heavy -405) materials.
Equipped with an energy-saving motor mounted directly in the machine head (DirectDrive) providing automatic functions: thread cutter, needle positioning, foot lift (PFL), start and end stitch programming, thread wiper and micro reverse stitch switch. In addition, the control panel mounted on the machine head provides access to set the machine's operating parameters, including: programming the size of the start and end bar before thread cutting, the ability to programme an independent number of start and end bar stitches, the ability to select a single or double bar, programming the stitch length, counting the number of stitches between the start and end bar.
Available with a modern lubrication system as standard (no typical oil sump). A small amount of oil in a closed circuit, fed to the gripper mechanism and needle bar. Oil escaping from the gripper area falls into the oil sump, from where it is returned to the closed circuit after passing through a filter.
Machine assembled, complete with warranty from the manufacturer.
