JUKI DDL-9000CF is one of the most modern 1-needle lockstitch machines. The machine head houses a SERVO (Direct Drive) type sewing machine motor. This is a solution that makes this sewing machine not only reliable and quiet during operation, but also energy efficient. This model of JUKI lockstitch machine features automatic thread cutting. In addition, this lockstitch machine operates at high sewing speeds (5,000 stitches per minute). The full digitalisation of the machine has made it very quick and intuitive to adjust the machine's working parameters. Among the functions that can be set independently are the transport mechanism, as well as the thread tension. The latter option is found in the Full Digital version. In addition, you can also use a mechanism that allows you to change the transport movement. Thus, instead of an elliptical movement, a rectangular one can be used during operation - this is controlled by stepper motors, a modern system for programming the movement of the teeth in the transport. It has a sensor that reacts to the thickness of the fabric. Thanks to it, the sewing parameters are changed automatically at the moment of sewing thickenings or transverse seams. The control panel on the machine allows all sewing settings to be changed very quickly. All the parameters necessary to make the sewing very precise and its properties as good as possible for the type of material are also set digitally.
