The JUKI DLM5200ND is a 1-needle lockstitch machine with bottom feed serging. The machine operates at a speed of up to 4500 stitches/min. The maximum stitch length is 5 mm. It is equipped with a fabric edge peeling knife to maintain a constant sewing distance from the edge. Available spacing between the deburring knife and needle: (C) 2.4, (D) 3.2 (standard), (E) 4.0, (F) 4.8, (H) 6.4, (M) 9.5mm. The machine is particularly suitable for the sewing of collars, cuffs and other items to be turned up. Foot lift height up to 13mm. Additionally equipped with a fabric edge trimmer to maintain a constant sewing distance from the edge. The industrial machine is used for the sewing of collars, cuffs and other stitching applications.
