JUKI LH-3528ASF-7 is a 2-needle lockstitch machine with automation. The machine without disengageable needles, tooth-needle transport with the possibility to quickly switch to bottom serging (new). The machine operates at a maximum sewing speed of up to 3000 stitches/min. Standard needle spacing of 6.4 mm. An energy-saving SERVO motor mounted directly in the machine head (i.e. Direct Drive) is used here. The lockstitch machine provides automatic functions: thread cutting, needle positioning, foot lift (AK135), start and end lock programming, thread wiper and micro reverse stitch switch. Equipped with CP180 control panel mounted on the machine head for easy access to set machine parameters, including: programming of start and end locks before thread cutting, possibility to program independent number of start and end locks, possibility to select single or double locks, programming of stitch length, counting the number of stitches between start and end locks.
Completely revised machine design compared to the previous version, with a number of improvements and enhancements. The working area of the machine has been increased, thus improving comfort when machining large workpieces, while maintaining the external dimensions of the machine bed. Available with a modern lubrication system as standard (no typical oil sump). Closed-circuit oil fed only to the gripper mechanism. Oil escaping from the gripper area falls into the oil sump from where it is returned to the closed circuit after passing through a filter. This solution guarantees the absence of any oil leakage from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar) causing fabric staining, while maintaining the high sewing speed as in the version with lubrication of all machine mechanisms. Optional version available without oil return.
