The JUKI LH-3568ASF is a 2-needle lockstitch machine with a semi-dry head and switchable needles. With the machine it is possible not only to sew straight, but also square. It definitely expands the possibilities of work to be performed with the help of this industrial lockstitch machine. The machine uses a double transport: bottom serging and top needle. The maximum sewing speed you will get is 3000 stitches per minute, which makes it a very efficient machine. The stitch length is 5 mm. The needle spacing is standard for two-needle machines and is 6.4 mm (F). The machine has symmetrical shanks of standard size. The machine foot can be raised to a height of 13 mm. The JUKI LH-3568ASF machine features JUKI's signature solution, a closed lubrication system. In the machine, the oil remains in a closed circuit (the machine does not have a typical oil sump). In addition, it is only supplied to the gripper mechanism and the connecting rods. The design, compared to previous versions of the JUKI twin-needle machine, has been completely revised. Although the dimensions of the lockstitch machine are identical to previous versions, the working field, for example, has been enlarged, thanks to which the comfort of using the machine has also increased.
