The JUKI LH-3578AGF is a 2-needle machine without switchable needles with large grippers. The machine is designed for sewing heavy materials. Serrated-needle transport with quick changeover to bottom serrated The machine sews at a sewing speed of up to 3000 stitches/min. Standard 6.4 mm needle spacing. The machine is equipped with automatic functions, i.e. automatic thread cutting, needle positioning, foot lifting, programming of the number of start and end lock stitches, and a thread-wiper. Enlarged working area of the machine compared to the previous model, which is important when machining large workpieces. Modern lubrication system (S-Semi Dry), without the usual oil sump. Closed-circuit oil fed only to the gripper mechanism. The oil escaping from the gripper area into the oil sump, after passing through a filter, is returned to the closed circuit. This solution guarantees that there are no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine, causing soiling of the fabric, while maintaining high sewing speed. In addition, this solution guarantees that the oil lubricating the gripper is kept clean. Optional needle spacing available from 4.8 to 38.1 mm.
